About The Cambridge Psychedelic Research Group

The Cambridge Psychedelic Research Group, led by Dr. Liliana Galindo, is a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, nurse practitioners, pharmacologists, and researchers from Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, Cambridge University Hospitals, and the University of Cambridge. The group brings together diverse skills and expertise to study the therapeutic potential of psychedelics, empathogens, and dissociatives for a range of mental health conditions, including major depression, PTSD, and eating disorders. Their mission is to advance the science and clinical practice of psychedelic therapy through community-based research, international collaborations, and academic-industry partnerships. Through this work, the group aims to inform evidence-based practices and sensible drug policy to transform mental healthcare for all.

The Cambridge Psychedelic Research Group is located in the Department of Psychiatry within the School of Clinical Medicine at the University of Cambridge.
