This retrospective case series is exploring the safety, tolerability, and potential effectiveness of ceremonial ayahuasca for reducing eating disorder symptoms in females with anorexia nervosa (N = 6), who attended an eight-day retreat in Central America. Findings will provide preliminary insights into the clinical benefits of ayahuasca for anorexia nervosa, as well as the feasibility of further research in this area.
